Today, we join the world in celebrating Earth Day under the theme “Our Power, Our Planet.”

At Action for Youth Development Uganda (ACOYDE), we take this moment to reflect on the incredible role that adolescent girls, young women, and youth continue to play in advancing climate justice.

Across communities, young people are:
🌱 Leading environmental initiatives
🌱 Educating peers on climate change
🌱 Advocating for accountability and sustainable solutions

Their collective power is shaping a better, more just planet for all of us.

💚 Let us continue to support, amplify, and invest in youth-led climate action.

Together, we have the power. Together, we protect our planet. 🌍
