Holiday Break is Here

The school term has come to an end, and the holiday break is finally here! A time for rest, laughter, and bonding.
In the picture is Mama Suzan, one of our dedicated house mothers, spending quality time with the little children under her care. Moments like these reflect the love, warmth, and family environment that define life at Lulwanda Children’s Home.

We thank God for bringing our children safely through the term and look forward to a refreshing holiday season.

Exam Time at LPS

All pupils at LPS are now sitting for their end of term exams, a moment they have been preparing for with dedication and focus.
All pupils at LPS are now sitting for their end-of-term exams, a moment they have been preparing for with dedication and focus.
In the picture is Milton, representing the determination and courage we see in every child during this season. From the library to the classroom, their hard work is now being put to the test.
We are proud of all our learners and pray that they approach each paper with confidence, wisdom, and peace.

“May He give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.” — Psalm 20:4

Brian and his friend move from the library to the classroom, continuing their revision with focus and determination as exams draw near.

At Lulwanda Children’s Home, learning doesn’t stop in one place. Whether in the library or in class, our children are committed to growing, supporting one another, and giving their best.
We are proud to see such discipline and teamwork as they prepare for their end of term exams.

Today, we visited our secondary school students in their boarding schools. It was a meaningful time to encourage them, check on their academic progress, and remind them how much they are loved and supported.

We shared a meal, laughed together, and listened to their experiences. These moments strengthen their confidence and remind them that they are not alone on their journey.

We are proud of their hard work. Keep shining!

New Steps, New Smiles

Today, all our children received new Crocs to replace their worn-out ones, and the joy was beautiful to see!
Something as simple as a new pair of shoes brings comfort, confidence, and big smiles. We are so grateful to everyone who ensures our children are cared for in every little way.
