Menstruation shouldn’t stop a girl from going to school, but in many rural areas, lack of sanitary pads causes girls to miss classes or drop out due to embarrassment or discomfort.

Last year, together with our partner non-profit, Dear Future International we distributed over 1,000 pads and ran hygiene workshops to help girls stay in school confidently.

These efforts reduce absenteeism and empower girls to focus on learning. We’re committed to keeping this support going so no girl has to choose between her period and her education.

At Empathy Community High School, Our students come from vulnerable backgrounds and often arrive at school without having eaten.

This made it difficult for them to concentrate, especially in the morning.

This month, launched our breakfast program — and the difference is already clear. Students now start their day with something warm, and we are seeing better focus, energy, and participation in class.

This simple program is giving children a fair chance to learn and thrive.
