Our Story
We started The Striving African in 2015 as a way to reduce youth unemployment.
Many youths don’t want to or can’t afford to continue with school which leaves them unskilled and therefore unemployed
The Striving African addresses this issue by linking the youths to local businesses where the youths spend a year learning a new skill in an area they are passionate about which then leads to employment
