the young generation realize their potential through trainings, skills development and capacity` building. The headquarters of the Organization are situated in Mateete sub county Sembabule District, Uganda
Our Vision is; To see an Empowered local community of youth and children in improved livelihoods continuously utilizing the available resources and knowledge sharing to overcome poverty. Mission: A well organized community with enabled youth and children to focus and find solutions to the worlds’ present and future challenges for sustainable Development. Our goal is; To empower the young generation to realize their potential, to work towards poverty alleviation, and sustainable development. Overall Objective: To research identify and mitigate community’s' challenges through trainings knowledge sharing and capacity building for sustainably improve lives, production, and foster `development. The main objectives are:
To engage youth in creation of awareness about HIV and AIDs prevention through dance, script writing and choreography. To teach youth literacy courses focused on vocational skills development and life skills training. To research about better agricultural practices and climate change adaptation strategies and support youth to adhere to those practices for sustainable development
To provide medical treatment, care and health education to orphans, people with disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable children (OVCs) both in and out of schools
• To develop social and academic activities for local youth and school going children to reduce at risk behaviors, build self esteem and inspire a sense of vocational direction Activities of the organization are:
Construction of a technical and vocational school in Sembabule district
Advocating for better youth policies
Advocating for good governance and Democrecy
Lobbying and advocacy for youths and children programs
Training youth in business and entrepreneurship skills
Paying school fees and other material support to orphans and other vulnerable groups of people
Advocating for the rights of the minority groups of people in the community like Women and the girl child
Partnerships and networking
Research on best agricultural practices
Encouraging tree planting practices
Training the community on how to use wood saving stoves
Providing best improved seeds to people
Planting tree nursery beds
Providing agricultural in puts to people
Training youths about vision building
Sensitizing the youth on saving, borrowing and investing
Giving medical treatment and care to the needy
Organizing sports galas for youths and schools
Training youths in vocational and literacy courses
Giving life skills trainings to youths and children
Sensitizing the community about gender based violence
Supporting local youth innovations
Organizing regular radio and TV talks about development
Encouraging the education of the girl child
Establishing climate change mitigation measures
Encouraging community participation and involvement in development programs
