Every period is natural. Every story matters. Yet shame, stigma, and misinformation still keep many girls and women silent. It’s time to change that.

🔹 Why it matters: Normalizing conversations saves lives, boosts confidence, and ensures no one misses school or work because of fear or lack of resources.

🔹 What we’re doing: At Walkfree Children’s Foundation with the help of we host school workshops like this one at St. Mary’s Junior school to share real stories, and distributing free sanitary kits to break taboos and empower school going girls.
