All that happened on the International Menstrual Hygiene Management Day 2026 under the theme “Let Me Be” . 77 girls from 4 schools sat in one room and made the same voice “Let me be” out loud.
No shame. No Stigma. Just drama, dance, pads, and MHM truth.

Judith says
When Miss Joy said we were having a “MHM Class,” I thought it would be a lecture. More shame. More boring. But it wasn’t it was drama first, then a MHM truth session and then dancing.

I asked, “Is it dirty?”
She said, “Judith, your body isn’t dirty. Blood means you’re growing. It means you’re healthy.”

At the end, we did a dance. It’s called Let me be.
To tell the world that we need space, privacy, silent support and to let us be, let our emotions be and let our body be.

Thank you and walkfree children’s foundation

Chasity says Hi
Hello! I am so excited to be joining the team and becoming part of WalkFree Kids! My name is Chasity Renee Rudd. I am a proud mother of two — my son, age 24 Raiden, and my 16-year-old daughter, Presley Rose — and I am also blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, Raelynn Rose. My son and his wife live in Purcell, Oklahoma.
I currently work in dialysis, caring for patients who have lost kidney function, which has given me a deep passion for helping and supporting others through difficult times. Alongside my career, I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma. I was born and raised right here in Norman, where I also attend school.
Outside of work and school, I am a huge animal lover! I have three orange cats — Biscuit, Prim, and Elvis — along with my bulldog, Mello, who definitely keeps life entertaining.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and being part of the amazing work WalkFree Kids is doing!
I have attached a recent photo of myself. Cannot wait to work with you all.
