There are many questions and issues in life that come our way and at times remain unanswered, one can wonder; what is knowledge if not used to seek solutions to the endless problems tormenting the human society! For what purpose do we really exist on earth than to make it a better place, a place better than how we found it? Poverty, Disease and Ignorance are monsters that still define the largest
part of Africa. Driven by the desire and will to make an effort to address these eminent challenges of our people, The Rural Development Foundation (RDF) brings together talented young men and women with a variety of knowledge and skill levels in different fields. We set out on a journey very challenging, its magnitude quite overwhelming, and yet we carry a strong conviction in our hearts that our humble efforts can create an enormous positive difference in the lives of our people. At The Rural Development Foundation, we are conscious too, of the alarming levels of unemployment most especially among the youths, the illiterate and literate alike. The joy and pride of the team under this umbrella is to drive the communities that we serve to socio-economic empowerment and to sustainable standards of living. Our modus operandi shall be in a manner characterized by our core values of Customer Centeredness, Professionalism, Accountability & Transparency, Integrity, Mutual Respect and Service beyond Self. We pledge our allegiance to this Constitution as the legal document that shall guide all the operations of the association and shall be also be adhered to by any other person(s) wishing to work with us or become a stakeholder in the affairs of The Rural Development Foundation (RDF).
