St. Mary Of Egypt Monastery And Orphanage Centre Monde. The first orthodox monastery founded in 2001 with an opening blessing of Late His (Late) Bishop Jonah Lwanga.

Many monastic activities are done at the monastery like Morning and evening Liturgy, reading, icon making and studies.

It’s has been a joyful day in our Holy Diocese of Gulu today the 28th of December as the newly constructed Church dedicated to Saint Nicholas is consecrated.
