Yodeli Social Foundation Limited is a grassroots organization advancing nutrition, climate-smart agriculture, and youth livelihoods in Northern Uganda through beekeeping and farmer empowerment initiatives.

We are seeking an independent, experienced, and mission-driven Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to support the organization’s growth.

🔹 Role Overview

This is a high-impact, independent role for a results-oriented individual who can design and execute their own fundraising and partnership strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead independent fundraising strategies
- Identify and secure grants, donors, and funding opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, companies, and institutions
- Lead proposal development and donor engagement processes
- Advise leadership on resource mobilization and growth opportunities

🔹 Who We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or partnerships
- Demonstrated track record of securing funding or building partnerships
- Passion for rural community development, especially for youth, women, and marginalized groups
- Highly self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

This is currently a voluntary (unpaid) position due to limited organizational funding. However:

- You will have strategic ownership and flexibility in shaping fundraising efforts
- You will contribute directly to scaling impact in underserved communities
- Strong performance may lead to future paid engagement as funding is secured
