OCA deploys step up approach,a programme that works holistically through integrated development intervention to fight poverty and improve socio-economic conditions of the rural subsistence farmers. It aims to help families to help themselves out of poverty and to become self-reliant
The programme addresses purely felt and expressed needs of the beneficiaries so that they become an empowered and poverty free people.
