Welcome to GO USETECH, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering refugees through technology education and skills training. Our story began with a group of passionate young individuals who recognized the transformative power of IT skills in the lives of refugees. We firmly believe that access to technology and the ability to harness to empower refugees through comprehensive IT skills training. its potential can open doors to new opportunities, self-reliance, and a brighter future. At GO USETECH, we understand the unique challenges faced by refugees, who have been forced to leave their homes and rebuild their lives in unfamiliar territories. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to bridge the digital divide and provide refugees with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital age. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower refugees through comprehensive IT skills training. We offer a wide range of training programs, workshops, and resources tailored to the specific needs of refugees. From basic computer literacy to advanced programming skills, we equip refugees with the necessary competencies to succeed in today's technology-driven world.

We are excited to announce that has officially acquired new high-capacity welding machines, painting equipment, and other modern tools to strengthen our vocational skills program and community services.

This investment is aimed at empowering young women, girls, and young mothers with practical hands-on skills in welding, metal fabrication, and finishing works, helping them build sustainable livelihoods and greater economic independence.

Through this initiative, we will:

Train and equip women and girls with professional welding and fabrication skills

Support young mothers with income-generating opportunities through vocational skilling

Provide affordable and quality fabrication services to the community

Offer outdoor painting services for doors, windows, and metal structures

Repair and strengthen doors and windows using modern equipment

Design and produce new, durable, and advanced door and window models

At Go UseTech, we believe skills create opportunities, restore confidence, and transform communities.

We invite partners, friends, and the community to support our girls and young mothers as they grow their talents and production capacity through this impactful program.

We are proud to have participated in the 10X Digital Startup Accelerator Challenge Bootcamp, held at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel from 9th–13th March.
Two representatives from Go UseTech attended this intensive week-long training, where we strengthened our business model, refined our pitch, and prepared for the upcoming pitch day.

Go UseTech was able to support 5 children with essential scholastic materials, including counter books, to help prepare them for school. These children are under the care and management of HTNC (Helping the Needy Community Organization).

For many vulnerable children, even basic school supplies make a big difference—boosting confidence, readiness to learn, and hope for a better future.
