Dress a Girl Around the World 🇺🇸

We had the joy of distributing these beautiful, handmade dresses from the community outreach at the Bridgewater Senior Centre to these radiant girls in Koboko District, Uganda 🇺🇬.

Beyond the smiles, these dresses represent dignity, confidence, and a gentle encouragement for girls to stay in school and pursue their education. A simple gesture, yet one that carries deep meaning for girls’ wellbeing and learning.

Heartfelt thanks to BSU, Mama Gloria, and Evie for the generous donation and for standing in support of girls’ education and empowerment.

As part of our , we visited Lodonga Health Centre IV in Yumbe and met with midwives to distribute pads & bleach for teenage mothers and their youth-friendly services in a bid to ensure access to menstrual hygiene products. Thanks to our partners!

At Acholi Primary School in Yumbe District, we engaged with girls in upper Primary classes about embracing their bodies and speaking up about menstrual health. We distributed reusable pad kits to help them stay confident and comfortable at school.
