Seeing the young generation coming together to embrace the future of cultural diversity in our communities is something that I want you to join me to stand with them in solidarity of getting them the instruments.

If we can get them the drums πŸͺ˜ and others, which can make these dancers to have good sound quality from their music.

Only $700, will be enough for them to get sets of drums that includes small ones for Bwola dance too.

Flexibility:

Being open to change and adapting to new circumstances can help you navigate life's challenges more effectively. Example: adjusting your plans or expectations when unexpected events arise, rather than becoming rigid or inflexible.

Join me today for community and class at national theatre at 5pm in the studio, the class is based on donations.

Let’s work together for the betterment of our healthy lives as we join Okurut George for today’s yoga class.

Don’t forget to spare that dollar and donate it on my campaign;

Here we go again with another opportunity.

"As part of the Teaching for Equity program I taught yoga to communities that included poor economic factors, lack of family relations, inadequate education, migration from villages to urban areas, war, genocide, natural disaster, escape from domestic abuse, peer pressure, amongst other causes. I know classes were impactful to my community [because] my classes helped them to know how to deal with stress, depression and anxiety." -George Okurut, Kampala City, Uganda

The application for the 2023 Teaching for Equity Program opens on October 4, 2022.

The Teaching for Equity program, which supports yoga professionals across the globe who serve for little or no pay in communities experiencing marginalization. With this financial and professional support, participating teachers are finding new ways to share the practice worldwide and offer the healing benefits of yoga to their communities.
