🚨 Access to dermatologists is limited in Uganda. Many regions face severe shortages of specialists, leaving communities with little to no access to essential skin health care.
🤝 Through increased training about skin conditions for primary health care workers these communities will access faster diagnosis and treatment.
📢 We urge our Minister of Health Dr. Jane Ruth Acheng to support the Resolution for Skin Diseases.

Today Launched a Children’s book titled Chioma which raises awareness about vitiligo. We are happy to have been apart of this event especially giving the Children our lived experience with vitiligo. Thank you for the good work you do with the Children.
