Please join me to wish my daughter Martha a 21st Happy Birthday life. Martha was born into this world three days later on my return from a mission trip to Uganda with a team from Waco, Texas. That day is still fresh in my memory. This day is special to her and us as family. Martha, I leave you Proverbs 9:11 states: "For by me your days will be multiplied, and years of life will be added to you.” God bless you my daughter with bountiful life, health, and wisdom as you pursue your dreams. Love you.

Did you know that we are called Christians to witness to Christ throughout the worldwide? Without witness, there’s no mission and purpose for the church. Mission begins right where you are and extends into other areas (Acts 1:8). A church on mission and with a mission is interested in people being saved. Persons are at the center of the mission of the church. The greatest resources any church has is people who care, people who are willing to get involved in the lives of others, people who will accept the ministering, and the servant role as their own. By so doing, mission comes into focus and purpose for the existence of the church. We must have a keen awareness that we exist to do the will of our Heavenly Father. Without knowing and doing the will of God the church loses focus and meaning for mission and starts worshipping money and other pursuits of the world. May the Holy Spirit guide us.

To be part of the mission of Jesus and His church is a tremendous honor. “Mission”means being sent by God to do His work or will. The concept of mission runs from Genesis to Revelation. It starts with God the Father sending Jesus, and concludes with Jesus sending His followers to help and tell others about God. To properly execute the mission of the church, we must know the power of the Holy Spirit. Mark the word “know.” That word carries a deep meaning. It means to experience, care for, and have a deep, personal, and active relationship with someone or something. It implies loyalty and active commitment, like a close marriage or family bond. We cannot make the mission of Jesus and His church our mission without the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowers us for mission. He connects us with the power far beyond ourselves. Through his power we can do things we could never do by ourselves. We empty ourselves and take the form of Jesus’s incarnation ministry and accept humility and obedience and appear as servants. As a church we must be a servant to minister in the world and to carry out the mission of Jesus. Notice, “And being found in human form he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross” (Philippians 2:8). May God find us faithful!

Do Christian people have an answer to human need? Most assuredly so if ministry is done in the Spirit and power of Christ. Peter and John met a lame man who was brought every day at the beautiful gate of the Temple to beg. Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk” (Acts 3:6). God proves our spiritual power to human need through our physical acts of ministry. Our ministry helps people to experience healing both in physical and spiritual realms. Peter helped the lame man to stand and was able to walk. That is our mission too. God bless us.

People keep asking me why I follow Jesus and making disciples for Christ. The answer has always been simple: Jesus doesn’t judge me and support me by the color of my skin or family background as the world does. Some irritated with my life, work and ministry think of me as a philosopher or theologian. But I am neither one of them. Because philosophers and theologians have books; they rely on knowledge and human wisdom. For me, I have problems seeking solutions for humanity in the kingdom of God. I don’t chase solutions from what shines but wait for what has substance (Galatians 5:22). Let’s stand strong in the Lord. Jesus was falsely accused by the Jews of being demon possessed and a Samaritan ( John 8:48-54). But he calmly stood his ground pointing his accusers to honoring God. God will vindicate us and all the false accusations will be no more. God bless you.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SERVING JESUS THE LORD OF LORDS AND KING OF KINGS. Yesterday, 23 were baptized in Nyahuka; we give God the glory, honor and praise.

“24The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; 26 the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace” (Numbers 6:24-26, NIV).

Faith is tested on daily basis. It takes a supernatural grace of God to stand firm when you feel like you’re taking a hard exam or being judged by other people. It takes God’s intervention as it were with Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Hannah, Peter and others to be resilient and focused when you’re overwhelmed by the workload or life list. If you feel like you’re facing some of these challenges, you’re not alone. I personally experience it; I am tested with the big goal, a list of tasks and major choices to make in life, work and ministry. I encourage us not to quit because we have access to the goodness of God by faith; we stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God (Romans 5:2). Amen.

The Lord has done it again. Thanks and praises to our God: (1) HFM registration with NGO Board in Goma, DRC has been completed as a chapter. They are waiting for us to go for the official launching. (2) There is upcoming baptism and evangelism in Bundibugyo and Kalega in DRC respectively. Also, the Church in Kalega in DRC needs land. This is how I want you to be involved: (a) pray for the pastors to be strong in the Lord to provide spiritual guidance, leadership and encouragement to their flock to support Christian witness in the region. (b) Pray for provision for the church needs there and for God to enable us to visit them and support them in word and deed. (c) Give financially as led by the Holy Spirit to support the ministry. HFM is founded for mission. And everyone of us is obligated to accept and support God’s mission for us to bring about a prophetic worship, healing miracles, intercession, deliverance and justice or righteousness and true unity of the Spirit.
