What does Sindica mean? Our co-founder Christina quickly learned this Luganda word when she was assisting in the maternal wards of Ugandan hospitals. Sindica means push, which was often the biggest support that could be given to the mothers as they were givi

ng birth. FullSoul uses to show not only our connection with those mothers, their struggle and maternal health worldwide, but also to show that our work is a push to others to take on their cause and their passion and make a soulful mark in their world!
