BCCEF WAS FOUNDED BR MR KYATEREKERA DANIEL WHO UNDERGONE ADIFFICULT LIFE AS AN ORPHAN AT THE AGE OF 13 AND WORKED CHORES AT SCHOOL TO STUDY AND STARTED TAKING CARE OF ELDERS AND HIS HOME VILLAGE IN BUZZIBWERA lUWEERO,AFTER HIS STUDIES WENT TO WORK ABROAD WHICH CHANGED HIS LIFE AND AFTER HIS RETURN HE WAS ELECTED AS PUBLICITY FOR YOUTH IN LUWEERO THIS MOTIVATED HIM TO BEGIN THIS ORGANIZATION TO EMPOWER YOUTH,SUPPORT ORPHANS ,ELDERLY AND WOMEN TO LIVE SELF SUSTAINABLE LIVES WITHIN THEIR LOCATION

Dear parents and guardians Registration for new students is going on from s1-s5 and vocational courses like, welding and metal Fabrication, computer studies,Hair dressing and salon management, Tailoring and fashion designing, motor vehicle mechanic, plumbing,Brick making and concrete practice
Our offices are open from Sunday to Friday starting at 8:00 am to 5:00pm
