The E-society Resource Centre (ESRC) is the District ICT hub, a point for citizens to access, share and disseminate information on governance and service delivery using ICTs. The clubs being many in Kasese District, both in secondary schools, religious centers, villages; E-Society Resource Centre have to make their individual choices but almost a third of the users have joined this right club. E-
Society Users Straight Talk Club is now their club at the centre operating in the District Premises under E- Society Resource centre office, Kasese District Local Government, Information Communication Technology (ICT) Department. in order to connect all the youth in the whole District to inspire up their future and share their views both online and offline information. The users had drawn closer in the midst of forming up a club. We have come up with this club such that information is exposed up to the grass roots. This will be done through making poems ,story writing, drummers and skits, presentation to show our conceitedness as to how ICT skills has helped us meet our future goals and most activities will be carried out online. But those who have not yet joined, the whistle is already blown so do not be left out. Activities This cub is mostly concerned with practical activities in the District such as ICT skills; information sharing, environmental protection by tree planting the club also carries out publication on how to report community concerns and voicing the silence to youth and community where necessary. It has participated in various seminars, discussions and there is mobilization of youth/students so that our nature in Uganda is protected like virgin girls and boys. In addition to the above, this has assisted our most students to acquire ICT skills and information sharing both online and how to develop a carrier on ICT tool use through the act of voluntary work. Join the straight talk club and build our Rwenzori Region. Long live RicNet, Kasese District Local government,
