a) To promote environmental conservation through planting trees and teaching the public about the importance of our vegetation’s.
b) To provide better foster parenting services to school going students /children.
c) To encourage sporting activities in communities for both health and mind up lifting benefits.
d) To promote education free from religious indoctrination and checking school dropout through supporting the disadvantage groups.
e) To encourage the use of technology in solving life problems thus checking poverty.
f) To provide housing and positively utilize humanist volunteers from all over the world.
g) To sensitize the public about better health living styles thus fighting the many tropical illnesses in our communities.
h) To promote humanism and understanding the principles of having a global rational world.
i) To promote and respect human rights and helping communities in understanding and recognizing them.
j) To work for the achievement of peace and goodwill of humanity through organized events, radio talk shows and use of brochures.
k) Conduct research about the need for, benefits and costs for children’s medical facilities and resources both locally, state wide and nationally.
l) Provide services that are respectful, convenient easily usable and locally competent.
m) Develop use and maintain information technology that allows effective and efficient services.
n) Set a high standard for output driven programs from development, implementation, and evaluation to continuous development.
o) To ensure that we create different sources of income to enable us to achieve the desired goals
p) Advocate for means of unrestricted funding and donation.
q) Have a supportive effective infrastructure that enables expansion in terms of capital items equipment and staff.
r) To ensure that we have enough capital to provide medical care for an increased number of children per financial year.
s) To co-ordinate, support and represent voluntary and community based organisations which are formed for the same cause.
t) To establish and support and assist in the development of capacity any charitable trusts, associations or institutions of members formed for any lawful objects;
u) To promote and participate in work and networks where this assists in the achievement of the company’s objects
v) To undertake and carry out any other activities which may, in the opinion of the Company, be conveniently carried on in conjunction with, in relation to or, independently of the foregoing objectives;

a. In order to achieve the above objectives, the Company shall have the following powers and discretions:-
i) to form such branches or other bodies as may be deemed desirable.
ii) to collaborate with any other organisation having objectives altogether or in part similar to those of the Company:
iii) to forge linkages and arrangements with other organisations within and outside Uganda, Government, foreign and local authorities.
iv) to collaborate with the Government of Uganda, Donors and Donor agencies, and any other Charitable organisations both local and international in the carrying out of any similar activities;
v) to enter into any viable agreement or arrangement with any Government authority, person, organization, local or otherwise that may seem conducive to these objects or to obtain from such bodies or authorities, rights, privileges and concessions which the Company may think fit and desirable for the attainment, furtherance and promotion of its objects;
k) to adopt such means of making known the company and its objects as may seem expedient, and in particular by advertising in the press, circulars, by purchase and exhibition of works of art or interest, models and machines, by publication of books, periodicals and catalogues, and by granting prizes, rewards and donations.
w) to construct, erect and maintain houses, buildings or works of every description on any land of the company or upon any other lands or property and to pull down, rebuild, enlarge, alter and improve existing houses, buildings or works thereon, to convert and appropriate any such land into and for schools, institutions of higher learning, roads, streets, squares, gardens and pleasure grounds and other conveniences and generally to deal with and improve the property of the company.
x) to issue and deposit any security which the company has power to issue by way of mortgage to ensure any sum less than the nominal amount of such securities and also by way of security for the performance of any contracts or obligations of the company.
y) to borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit and in particular by the issue of debentures upon the whole or any part of the company’s assets (whether present or future) and also by a similar mortgage, charge or lien to secure and guarantee the performance by the company of any obligation or liability it may undertake.
z) to draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable instruments.
aa) to register the company in any other country or place as a
foreign Company if circumstances warrant.
ab) to do all such other things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
