Can you believe it? Our incredible girls are already creating stunning pieces 🧵. Their creativity, discipline, and passion are shining brighter each day, and the 3 months aren’t even over yet!!. We couldn’t be prouder of the impact of our work as Skills Centrum Rwenzori team— transforming young women’s potential into power through hands-on skills, confidence, and consistency.

🎓 As we prepare for their upcoming graduation, we’re celebrating their dedication and announce that their beautiful creations are now open for orders as each piece you buy supports their journey toward financial freedom and gender equality, while showcasing the richness of craftsmanship.
Let’s cheer them on — because when women learn, create, and rise, the whole community shines! 💪🎉🎊👏🥳🎉🎉🎉

Collaboration for Impact!

This week, Skills Centrum Rwenzori was honored to host a team from Windle International Uganda Windle International Uganda , who are currently implementing the Project a transformative initiative funded by Enabel to promote green and decent jobs in the Rwenzori and Albertine regions in Uganda.

Windle International Uganda in partnership with Enabel is equipping youth in Kasese and Kyegegwa with non-formal vocational training, opening doors for sustainable employment. During our discussions, we explored how Skills Centrum Rwenzori can support this mission by offering opportunities in handcrafting and tailoring key skills for self-reliance and local economic growth.

The timing couldn’t be better! Our center is now fully equipped with machines, space, and market access, enabling us to host and empower interns. Thanks to the continued support from Enabel and Awa Prize, we are scaling up our impact driving rural youth employment in Kasese and beyond!
