Rwenzori Human Concern Orphanage organization is part of the uganda non governmental organizations that is responsible for children and youth.
The term children includes all young people up to the age of eighteen years.orphans are very many in uganda today because of the HIV/ AIDS epidemic.
As well as Orphans there are many other children who are thought to be vulnarable. They include children living in poverty, children in the camps for internally displaced people like in muhokya camp in western region Kasese district, street children and those who are in danger of child abuse.
All these groups of children can be called vulnarable, because they maybe deprived of normal opportunities to lead healthy and happy lives and they might be dinied their basic human rights or suffer physical or emotional damage
