Moist chocolate cake
Ingredients
1 cup flour (all purpose or cake)
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1. In a large bowl add vegetable oil and sugar . Mix well .

2. Add vanilla and mix in the egg. Then add milk and mix again.

3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt , baking powder.
Mix gently until the wet and dry ingredients are well combined.

4. Pour the batter ( mixture) in a greased casserole dish.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until well baked.

Do you appreciate yourself?

Self-appreciation means we realise our own effort and encourage ourselves regardless of how much others value us. When we appreciate ourselves, we make ourselves feel capable and worthy.

We usually rely on others to appreciate our efforts. Most of our efforts go unnoticed because people don't realise how much heart we put into doing things. They don't understand that when everything goes right and is in order, someone has worked hard for it. But, you know every little bit you do for your house to function smoothly, your workplace to excel, and your relationship to stay intact.

Value your own efforts and give yourself a pat on the back. Every time you do this, you get strength and encouragement to continue the good work, even if you don't find appreciation from anyone else.

Are you delaying the start?

The first step to achieving anything in life is to begin. Without taking the first step, our dreams cannot find their way into reality.

One of the reasons why many dreams remain unfulfilled is that people are afraid to take the first step. This usually happens because of a lack of motivation or fear of losing. If you ever feel unmotivated, look at your dreams, and think of why you wanted them to be real. This will give you the courage to start and if you fear losing, just remind yourself that without trying, you will lose anyway. By trying, you give yourself a chance to succeed.

Never hold yourself back from starting and trying. Dreams don't turn into reality until you make a move.
