ABCCA is a Charity Organization in Uganda empowering vulnerable children and communities through education, health support, disability assistance, clean water access and community empowerment programs which are restoring hope and changing lives.

I visited a grandmother caring for her three grandchildren. With hunger pressing hard, she was preparing millet, the only food she had for milling. I joined her in sorting it, step by step.
Later, we were able to provide food support to her family, bringing relief and hope.
