*12 Teachers Trained*
Day 1 completed, on 18th July Awake Now Uganda trained 12 Sunday School teachers from God's Power International Ministries fraternity in Kalagala, Kayunga District.
Days content
-Introduction to ISMT (In step with the Master Teacher Jesus)
-Developing a biblical attitude
-Modelling God's Truth and Building Relationships
At the training, the teachers committed to modelling God's truth and ensuring that from this day forth, they are to change their perspectives on children ministry, one of the trainees remarked" all along I have been offending God by sending the little children away and making them feel invaluable and like they don't belong, this changes today "
This training is called In Step with the Master Teacher Jesus and is geared towards equipping children workers with the skills and tools to help children Know, Love and Obey God.
They are eagerly waiting for Day Two.
