Today 21.12.2025, we held our weekly Peer support group session at our offices in Kamwokya, Housed by Holy Spirit Deliverance Church. During our sessions, we delve into the power of lived experience in changing the mental health Narrative. We embed the power of traditional healing coupled with healing of the spirit and the soul from the spiritual perspective. There is great power in sharing experiences and through our group peer support sessions we are able to mentor one another on our path to recovery. Our sessions are held every Sunday 3PM to 5:30PM. We are here to promote the mental well being of everyone through sharing lived experience for better mental health.
