Only 5% of girls and 17% of boys who experience sexual violence in childhood actually seek help. JFCU works toward solutions that empower survivors to get the needed support. Our strategic interventions include:
- provision of legal aid services
- psychosocial counseling services
- capacity-building of district and community level structures

For over 20 years, conflict in Northern Uganda has left thousands of children orphaned, traumatized, and deprived of , healthcare, and economic opportunities. Many continue to face significant barriers to and despair. Our initiative is dedicated to for these children by providing support for:
- school fees, uniforms, and supplies
- mental health counseling
- vocational training and sustainable farming to promote self-reliance
