Advocate For Youth Uganda

We believe that the youth do not only want to be future leaders, they also need to be partners of today. This is best way we can ensure social justice. The best way the youth can learn is through effective interactions with their peers. Through forums such as magazine, members like you can share information and experiences. So students across Uganda can discuss issues and organize educative and social programmes locally or jointly with other schools. Our aims are: To the youth especially student, to develop positive altitudes that will make them responsible and self reliant adult in future. To tackle specifically the problem of pre- marital s*x, alcoholism through club formation, awareness creation and advocacy. To help reduce the problem and streetism and rural- urban migration to the barest minimum. To help fight Tuberculosis, candidacies, and HIV/ AIDS to meet global targets. To reduce poverty and ignorance among the youth. It does not matter whether you are a student or not, AFY belongs to all young people in Uganda. If you belong to any youth club in your community and still want to be an advocate just contact us and we will get you on board. We have special programmes for such clubs
