🌍✨ Empowering the Next Generation for a Greener Future!

As part of Albertine Regional Water and Environment Week (ARWEWK) 2026, an impactful environmental awareness session was held at Nyakasura School, reaching over 1,000 students!

Through a collaboration between MWE structures (AWMZ, RWSRC 5, and Umbrella) and Water for People, students were inspired and equipped with practical knowledge on:
🌱 Protecting wetlands
🚯 Reducing plastic waste
🌳 Preserving indigenous tree species

The energy was incredible! These young minds are now empowered to take action and become environmental ambassadors within their communities. 💚

The future is in safe hands when youth lead the way in conservation. 🌍🔥

The bank generously donated these seedlings to a the secondary school, helping inspire young people to care for the environment and plant for a greener future.
