ACO Africa ACO Africa is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing loving support and care to vulnerable children and women in rural communities of Uganda

Abaana Community Outreach (ACO) Africa aims to serve the most vulnerable groups in society. We believe in giving selflessly of time, care and resources. ACO Africa was founded in 2009 as a community based organisation (CBO) in Masaka-Lwengo District and later renovated into an international and non-profit organisation, committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing loving support and care

to vulnerable individuals; laying an emphasis on education, health, psychosocial care, economic empowerment, nutrition, human and environmental rights to the poorest and most vulnerable people. Important key target groups of ACO Africa are children and women. The large majority of households supported by ACO Africa are either headed by young orphans, single mothers or elderly widowers.
