Aware of the many and varied: Social, Economic and Educational challenges that are facing people especially disabled, orphans, the aged, women especially young mothers, widows, displaced persons, the illiterate and young children in most parts of Uganda; Grace Community Care was established on 25th of June 2016 to collectively play, promote and influence sustainable and coordinated development of communities in Uganda.
