What does it look like when people use their workplace, skills, and influence to make a difference?
On 30th May, the TotalEnergies team showed us.
Through TotalEnergies Action, staff chose to support The Remnant Generation during Women's Month through giving and through service.
They rolled up their sleeves and joined in general cleaning, helped set up our ECD space, donated essential items and food for our shelters, and invested in our sustainability project at Hope City Farm with 200 high-value fruit trees that will provide food, income, and hope for years to come.
One of the most impactful moments of the day was a session with guest speaker Reachel. Drawing from her own journey as a survivor and former teen mother, she shared how she navigated healing from trauma to become the transformational leader she is today.
Looking at the girls, she said:
"You are not a teen mom forever. This is just a season."
Those words stayed with us—and with the girls.
