In these times of trials, wars breaking out , evil people seem to be taking over everything , where and in whom do you have your trust in, our today's Bible study came from Ephesians 6:10-17 , its been one of the most beautiful days , sharing with these little ones, knowing that( we do not fight with fresh and blood...) in the video there is a young man laying down ,he wasn't feeling well , he was brought back from school when sick, he stayed with us untill our day was done , and yes, by the time I can attest that he was a bit better , praying for his fully recovery .

Next meeting you will be seeing the practicality of the Whole Armour Of God , gave them.an assignment to come up with the whole armour

We had our coffee and brown buns., very amazing awesome day.

Wisdom is crucial for Christian living, a treasure more valuable than gold and silver (Proverbs 16:16). Followers of Jesus are encouraged to pursue wisdom, acquire knowledge, and attain proper understanding. The entire book of Proverbs is dedicated to this goal. However, what should we do if we lack this trait of wisdom?

James 1:5 provides an answer, particularly in the face of trials—though the principle applies to everyday decision-making: “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

According to James 1:5, the wisdom we need (and sometimes lack) comes from God. This is distinct from natural wisdom, which arises solely from human understanding and worldly perspectives. The latter often serves to satisfy human desires at the expense of godly truth. In James 3:13–17, the apostle contrasts the two types of wisdom:

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere

We often talk about the importance of routines for children: how they provide stability, predictability, and security. But spiritual routines matter just as much for kids and adults alike. Our holy habits keep us grounded. They help us centre our lives around God, not just fit him in when it’s convenient. And they remind us that faith is not just for Sundays or “quiet times” - it’s for the everyday, the ordinary and even the unpredictable.

During the school holidays, we have to be much more intentional about seeking God: in the same way that daily routines help everyone know what’s going on, reduce stress, and improve focus, so too do holy habits, for it is God who:
..brings order out of chaos (Genesis 1:2)..gives peace that passes understanding (Philippians 4:7)..gives us patience and endurance (Hebrews 10:36)..helps us find joy in the small things (Zechariah 4:10)..grows in us the fruits of the Spirit (which always seem to be tested more during the holidays!) (Galatians 5:22–23).

Let’s face it, sifting through what’s truly important in life is not an easy task.

As Christians, obviously we want our kids to grow up to not only believe in God, but to truly know Him and make their faith their own.

But as a parent, how do you hone in on the most important lessons to teach your kids without burying them under a set of rules?

After all, kids are selfish.

I mean, aren’t we all when we’re really honest?

But perhaps it’s that recognition of selfishness (and perhaps the all-too-familiar memories of past mistakes) that drives us as parents to want something different for our children… to want something more.

But the question then becomes, how do we teach our kids something we acknowledge we haven’t even achieved ourselves?

We don’t.

Or perhaps I should say, we can’t.

And therein lies our inherent problem. As parents, we assume 100% of the pressure and responsibility for crafting our kids into the next Mother Theresa when in actuality, it has very little to do with us… at least not in the way you may have previously thought.

For some reason, when you tell a child outright what they ‘ought’ to do, either they don’t ‘hear’ you or they do the complete opposite. But if you can point them down the right road, set up appropriate guardrails, and position the appropriate tools at the appropriate checkpoints along the way, they are much more likely to willingly walk the path you’ve helped to lay out before them.

The key is to help them discover their God-given path.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. – Proverbs 22:6

We must admit and surrender our own self-reliance.
We must turn our children’s well-being over to the original parent, our Heavenly Father.
We must heed His Word and seek the truth within it.
As a parent, there can be nothing more important than embracing these simple statements. But if I had to flesh out the most important lessons I pray I teach our kids,

Love God. – Mark 12:30
Put others before yourself. – Mark 12:31
Tell the truth. – John 8:32
Do the right thing. – Deuteronomy 6:18
Seek Wisdom. – Proverbs 4:5

Glory to God , like I promised to update you about our Bible study with the children and the youth , so yes today we have officially started and everyone is excited about this journey .

Every child with their own Bible ,sharing the WORD of God with them and today's scripture came from

Our next meeting will be Friday and this time we expect to share a snack after our Bible study , how good it feels to start them young as the Bible instructs us in Proverbs 22:6

“The secret things belong to the Lord, our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
– Deuteronomy 29:29
Deuteronomy 29:29 is an awesome verse. I just think about what this verse is saying, because this is really two amazing, awesome, mind-blowing truths. One, the secret things belong to the Lord, our God. And two, the things that are revealed, belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law. So get the picture, start with the second. God has revealed His law, his word to us, to his people. And this is such a gift.

The fact that we have the Bible, that we have the word of God, that God has not left you and me alone in this world, to figure things out on our own. This broken, confused world, God has given us his word. God has revealed himself to us, his attributes, his character, his ways, his plans, his purposes, his promises, all that we have in his word, the history of how he’s worked among his people, the promises that we can bank our lives on today and bank our lives on forever. The grass withers, the flower fades, the word of God stands forever. This word revealed to us. We have his word, we and our children forever have this word, revealed to us by God. So the gift of God’s word, that’s awesome, breathtaking, mind-blowing.

We Are Thankful For God’s Word
And then the very first part of this verse says, “The secret things belong to the Lord, our God.” In other words, there are things that God has not revealed to us. There are mysteries, there is knowledge that is known only to God. And this is also breathtaking, awesome, mind-blowing. Our minds are so small compared to the omniscient, all-knowing, mysterious in many ways, God of the universe.

Not in every way, because he’s revealed himself clearly to us. We clearly see Romans 1, who God is in the creation, and all the more clearly, Psalm 19 in his word. And yet there are so many things we don’t know that only God knows. And so we pray, God, we praise you for your revelation to us. God, we praise you for your word. I praise you for loving us enough to speak to us, help us to meditate on your
