The Bondeko Centre is committed to:
o Fight for the recognition of refugee status to any asylum seeker from the Congo. Victim of persecution;
o Struggle to eradicate poverty and bring relief;
o Fighting to prevent the process of dehumanization in which the asylum seeker and refugee status are collected and presented only as a problem or a burden. (Stigma, discrimination of kind, prejudices…)
o Com
bating ignorance of strategies and anxiety suffered by refugees and asylum seekers in this country (mechanism of the language, complex, fear…)
o Ensure the full exercise of the rights of a refugee as defined in the Convention on Refugees of 1951 and its 1967 Protocol (political, civil, economic, social, cultural, peace, a healthy environment and the rights Sector persons receive special protection: women, children, people of old age, minorities etc.) o Find, in collaboration with all relevant national and international authorities concerned with the problem of refugees, sustainable solutions. o Educate all asylum seekers and refugees the fundamental values of peace, justice, love, tolerance, forgiveness, development, dignity, respect, discipline, morality, Nonviolence,… Consciousness.
