I Profile is a developing youth led Non - Profit Organization established in Uganda that focusses on Children empowerment programs.

I Profile is a developing youth led Non - Profit Organization established in Uganda that focuses on Children empowerment programs with emphasis on Leadership, Financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Our Vision:
Children who are knowledgeable in leadership and financial literacy,adults who are better leaders. Our Mission:
To develop character of children to be great leaders. Our on going Projects:

1.I Leadership (nurturing me)
this has a two months leadership course and a certificate is awarded to the participant at the end of course. A learners manual called 'THE PERSONNALITE'" is handed over to the participants.

2. I Save - POCKET DISCIPLINE is taught. Through training activities for kids and also involving of parents.

3. Coin dream (creating entrepreneurs) - My Bank
- hands on equipment

4.Immigrant Chapter - given the large number of immigrants in Uganda, we have come up with a methodology of how to help out with this specific problem. These are some of the methods we have been able to use.
-Bead therapy
-Entrepreneurial skills
-cultural dialogues

Through Her Safari, we are bringing leadership and financial literacy together to help girls build the confidence and skills to navigate opportunities, manage resources and make informed economic decisions.

Because agency is not just about having choices. It is about having the confidence and capacity to act on them.

As we gear up for another edition of the Team Cook-In Challenge, we're taking a moment to relive the unforgettable culinary showdown from our second edition. From Michelin worthy masterpieces to... let's just say creative kitchen experiments , every dish came with laughter, teamwork and stories we'll never forget.

The best way to build stronger teams isn't in a boardroom,it's over a chopping board, stirring a pot, cheering each other on and discovering hidden talents beyond our job titles.

Here's to stepping out of our comfort zones, turning up the heat and making memories one recipe at a time.

Our Team checked in at the Millenium Terrace Hotel represented by our ED and our Programs Coordinator and Focal Person Awayo😜 at the LCA–IPA Partnership Closeout Workshop, a valuable opportunity to reflect on the journey of strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL).

The conversations explored practical approaches to developing and applying MEAL tools, referencing theTheory of Change and adopting adaptive MEL systems that encourage learning throughout implementation not just at the end.

Every lesson, every reflection and every shared experience strengthens how we design, deliver and measure impact for the communities we serve.

Uganda has the largest refugee population in Africa. Over 2 million people have sought refuge here, hoping to rebuild their lives. Their journey in Uganda usually begins in a refugee camp.
There, they receive aid and access to essential services. But a refugee camp was never meant to be a permanent address.

The 11th Edition of the Kidpreneur Program is proving that age is no barrier to innovation. From brainstorming business ideas to pitching with confidence, our young savers are learning that every great business begins with one courageous idea.

Day 1 | Learning from impact in action.

Our journey in Bukedea started with a visit to Girl Up Uganda offices, where we gained deeper insights into their community driven approach to empowering adolescent girls and fostering supportive environments for young people to thrive.

We then visited four schools where the Adolescent Girls and Boys Program is implemented, engaging students, teachers and parents to understand the program through a true 360° lens.

Every conversation reaffirmed the power of community led solutions.
