Rescue Women Foundation, a local Ugandan Non-Governmental Organization, is premised on the notion that empowering women and girls can lift them and the society around them out of poverty thereby contributing to development several-fold. The center supports teenage mothers through a ‘Triple R’ approach. First, the program ‘Rescues’ underage girls who have been sexually abused and become pregnant. Second, we ‘Rehabilitate’ the young mothers through various activities including prayer and counselling, prenatal care, postnatal care, health talks, and other health activities. Lastly, we ‘Restore’ the young mothers by equipping them with skills that will allow them to be resilient and to survive a harsh and hostile world. Such skills include entrepreneurship (e.g., tailoring, shoe making, and hairdressing, among others).

ABUSED BY GRAND FATHER AND STEP FATHER.

Our little 13yr old went into labor but started bleeding heavily at 6cm and was rushed for an emergency C-section. This girl was abused by her 69yr old grand father who got her pregnant and later sent her away .she went to live with her mother and didn't tell her of what had happened because she was threatened and asked to never speak about it. One morning as her mother went to work,she was abused by her step father as well. She has gone through various stages of counseling but when she was told she's given birth to a baby boy,she recalled all the bad things that happened to her and rejected the baby.

She's in a very bad state that the doctor has given her sedative to sleep. We urgently need 120$ to buy baby milk and 500$ to pay for her medical bill.

We are proud to share our 2026 Mid-Year Impact Update!

The first months of 2026 have been filled with moments of hope, resilience, growth, and transformation at Rescue Women Foundation.
From welcoming babies into the world and providing critical medical care, to supporting young mothers through education and vocational opportunities, launching our Urban Farming Project, strengthening international partnerships, and expanding our reach into the community—each milestone represents a life touched and a future made brighter.

This update highlights just some of what has been possible because of the incredible generosity and commitment of our donors, partners, volunteers, advocates, and friends around the world.
We are especially grateful for the support that helped provide life-saving medical care for our babies, educational opportunities for mothers and children, essential supplies for families in need, and new opportunities for our young mothers to build confidence, develop skills, and work toward greater self-sufficiency.

HELP US RAISE 150$ FOR MUM AND BABY.

Little flower 🌷 just like her name is our strong brave youngest girl in our shelter. She went into labor on Saturday and had her C-section done but has been in hospital since then. This is because she's so young,she lost alot of blood and needed a blood transfusion. Her little boy is okay but struggling to breast feed because honestly his mum has little breasts 😭😭😭. We took some of the girls to visit her and it was an emotional moment for me as I watched them pray for her.

We are still in need of 150$ which needs to be deposited to clear the hospital bill for discharge tomorrow. Please help us out. Thanks so much 🙏

This is our youngest little girl.
Her name is Little Flower , she's so young and innocent. She would be somewhere playing but she's unfortunately at a hospital waiting to have a C-section. She's at the border line,weak and bleeding. We are in need of 500$ friends, kindly help us out. We need to save both the life of Little Flower and her Baby.
