Few months ago we organize in collaboration with many other organisations Armelle Tamo Sidje and with our US Citizen partner SAS Newark Science and Sustainability, Inc. (Tobias A. Fox ) training on theme: "PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES TRAINING ON SEARCHING OPPORTUNITIES IN AGRICULTURE, WASTE MANAGEMENT....."
* It was a great experience sharing tips to find technical and financial support opportunities.
* Great experience with disabled succes people who share their experience. How with their disability - hearing, motor, etc. - How they manage to seek and gain national and international opportunities.
* And finally great practical experience of how to transform banana trunks into paper packaging to create more company and job doing in waste management

When you are little and you visit the giants you can only be dazzled. This was my feeling.
Thanks to The Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation who organized and supervised this visit in KOKO FUEL company " (mainstreaming liquid bio-ethanol cooking fuel alternative to dirty cooking fuels such as charcoal) Learning their rapid growth, the strength of their co-founders team and strong partnership manager experience of Rubadiri was inspiring for me.
A visit to one of their customer with Fuel ATM was so excited.

Collaboration, openness and humility are qualities which, in my opinion, are essential in life and bussiness. Quality that I found in this wonderful person promoting Afro-Oil .

Being inspired by the dynamism, leadership of this young woman entrepreneur further inspired me to think about how to solve the problems of environment destruction by used engine oils. Recycling these used oils into better quality oil is Xytun Namuwonge 's fight and her team Ssekisonge Shakulah / Ivan Lubega. Fight that could well be extended to Cameroon.
Thank you for the wonderful person that you are. May Allah continue to expand your activities throughout Africa and the world.

The Hybrid aspect of our Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE award from 8 to 10 may 2024 allowed us to benefit remotely expertise of US citizen Tobias A. Fox. I met him when he was my coach at Rutgers University as MWF 2023 alumni

The performance of TINA from Zambia Mandela Washington Fellowship 2023 during the 2023 Mandela Washington Fellowship summit in Washington while I was there as a participant also allowed me to get in touch with this dynamic deaf lady. She shared her experience with people living with disabilities remotely.

A thank you also to Jacky Ndungwa Waiharo from Kenya, MWF 2021 who, thanks to the virtual tools, gave some tips and advice to people with disabilities present on site here in Cameroon
