NICA is a meaning full alliance formed by a group of like minded people hailing from Northern parts of India. With all its members well recognized in their respective fields, NICA is an association with a difference, genuinely wishing to contribute towards the common goals such as imbibing the cultural values for the new generation, rendering all possible helping hand for betterment of local socie

ty. NICA in Punjabi language means an infant or a toddler thus we consider ourselves as learners amongst other already well-established sister associations in Uganda. We want to work hand in hand with all our senior colleagues for adding value to our environment and inculcating cultural values to our young ones.
