Voice of lc1 chairperson integrated association is an association proposed by Mr. Nsereko Stephen in 2014 (chairperson Nankulabye zone 6) with consultants,(Namale Diana,SSemondo brain) and an advisor(Asiimwe Simon) .the main role of the association is promote human rights of people at grassroots.The association will operate all over the country. The association aims at improving the life of lc1
chairpersons in Uganda through forming a saving credit and co-operative society which is an avenue of generating income and also pave ways on how to remunerate LC1 chairperson who have been working for many years without payment. Under this project we plan to ensure economic development, work with government, liaising with communities, community development and promotion of gender equality. The project is also aiming at working with government institutions like courts of law, schools, hospitals, local governments, ministries, donors and all stake holders who have benefited from LC1 chairperson services and still benefiting to find ways on how to reward the LC1 chairpersons for their contribution for the country. saving cooperative (Sacco) therefore implementation will be through partnerships, founders and target group. The program will aim at delivering appropriate financial services to LC1 chairpersons, on a sustainable basis, and at low establishment cost.
