*Ending FGM starts with us our voices, our actions, and our courage to challenge harmful norms.*

Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM) is not culture, it is violence. It robs girls of their health, dignity, education, and future. In our communities, especially in Karamoja, we must come together leaders, parents, youth, and influencer to protect our girls and promote positive cultural values that uplift rather than harm.

Every girl deserves the right to grow, to dream, and to live free from fear and pain. By raising awareness, having open conversations, and standing firm against FGM, we can break the cycle and create lasting change for generations to come.

We are proud to be part of this movement and grateful for the platform and support provided by Naguru Teenage Centre with support from UNFPA, for empowering voices and strengthening community advocacy against FGM.

Let us continue to speak out, educate others, and take action. The time to end FGM is now.

Greetings everyone in this beautiful forum.

We thank God for granting us the opportunity to see another new day.

As we are all aware, Creation Stepperz Youth Development Initiative organizes the Annual River Festival, which is scheduled to take place on 5th January. On this special day, we shall host our stakeholders, representatives from other NGOs, and partners who will be sharing their experiences and ideas.

This annual event always brings together people from different corners of the world, promoting peace, unity, and togetherness within our communities

Main Activities During the Festival Include:
1- Town Cleaning (Hygiene and Sanitation)
2- Back-to-School Campaigns
3- Sensitization on Harmful Cultural Practices, including FGM
4- Fighting Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
5- Career Guidance and Mentorship
6- Sand Soccer and Volleyball
7- Entertainment and Cultural Performances
8- The Community Will Be doing the businesses. Let's support them

And many other impactful activities.

We warmly welcome everyone to participate and support this noble cause as we work together for a better, united, and empowered community.
