We are buwalula youth empowerment community based organization(CBO) focussed on providing skills to the vulnerable children(girls /teenage /street boys) in Uganda (East-Africa). They have no to little access to good health care, education, food, and above all, love. Hearts-Vision is an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable (street) children in Uganda. How do we do this? By creating susta

inable development projects for local communities. Which will help vulnerable families to overcome their difficulties, gain hope, and at the same time reduce the growing number of street children.
