Today, Infants' Health Foundation(IHF) handed over essential medical and nutritional supplies to the leadership of Namayingo District for distribution to health facilities across the district.
The supplies were provided through the generous annual grant support of Vitamin Angels Alliance and will strengthen essential maternal and child health and nutrition services throughout Namayingo.
The donation includes:
💊 100,000 doses of Albendazole 400 mg — sufficient for 50,000 children aged 12–59 months
🤰 113,400 doses of Prenatal Multivitamins — sufficient for 630 pregnant women
👶 5,000 doses of Vitamin A 100,000 IU — sufficient for 5,000 children aged 6–11 months
🧒 100,000 doses of Vitamin A 200,000 IU — sufficient for 50,000 children aged 12–59 months
Through this partnership, IHF remains committed to improving access to essential health and nutrition interventions for mothers and children, while working alongside Namayingo District to strengthen community health outcomes.
