WWF is one of the world's largest and most experienced independent conservation organizations, with almost 5 million supporters and a global network active in more than 100 countries. WWF started work in Uganda in 1992 as a project coordination office, and in 2009 it evolved into the WWF Uganda Country Office (WWF UCO).
