It was chartered in 2005 and is the most happening club one should visit. The CORE has over the years built a reputation as a very innovative club rich with excellent and bright members who have come with very bright ideas and changed the whole face of Rotaract in Uganda. The club is home to the annual Kareoke challenge, bowling challenge all held at Garden city, as well organisation of some of th
e best fellowships one can attend. The club gives a lot to community through its annual community service projects. It is the place you want to be. Rotaract stands for "Rotary in Action" and Rotaractors are youths between the ages of 18 and 30.The motto of Rotaract is "Fellowship Through Service". The activities of a Rotaract Club are to develop professional and ethical leadership skills, get involved in community service and promote international understanding. Rotaract activities at the District level provide opportunities for joint projects among Rotaract clubs, training of new club officers, sharing ideas for strengthening club services, and promoting Rotaract extensions to new areas. Rotaractors involved in these activities inevitably get to know Rotaract better. Rotary districts with only one Rotaract club should focus activities on developing a mechanism for Rotaract club extension to new communities in the district. The more you promote Rotaract in neighboring communities, the more Rotaract grows in your own community.
