Uganda Parastatal, Statutory Authorities and Judiciary Workers’ Union (UPSAJWU) is also a national public service union registered on 29th Dec. 2006 as labour union No. 35, pursuant to section 18 of the labour Unions Act No. 7 of 2006. ally constituted & representative body representing the interests of her members,
(UPSAJWU) organizes, represents, promotes & protects the Social, Economic, Intellectual and Professional interests & rights of her members in government parastatals, statutory authorities/commissions, the judiciary & allied sectors. The recognition grants Union officials the right of access, contact and organizing workers in any government employing unit including all government departments, Ministries and Autonomous bodies which the union covers.
