"Twenty years from now, what would you like your child to remember most about you as a parent?"
Today, Light Africa hosted an impactful parents' meeting for our Grade 11 to Grade 13 students. As our students navigate these crucial final years of high school, we came together to discuss the powerful role of Parental Involvement in their academic and personal success.
During the session, we gave parents an opportunity to tell us what they would like their child to remember most about them, and how their daily actions reflect that. Through these honest conversations, we all realized that our roles shape the children—both in what we say and what we do. From helping our students navigate social media to building stronger emotional bonds, it was an open space for learning and growing together.
