This week’s quote comes from Ms. Beatrice Ayikoru, Secretary General of the Uganda Olympic Committee and Commonwealth Games Uganda.

As we celebrate Olympic Day under the global theme “Let’s Move”, her message reminds us that the Olympic values of Excellence, Respect, and Friendship extend beyond sport and into our daily lives. Every step we take, every challenge we embrace, and every act of kindness we show helps build stronger communities and inspires positive change.

Let us move with purpose, support one another, and continue striving to be our best.
