Kibbo Ghetto Climate Change Foundation, Every Birthday Trees Initiative,Roofings Uganda, Kyambogo University Engineering Society, Eco Podcast Uganda, and United Nations Association Uganda joined forces to champion youth climate change and environmental protection empowerment among university students.

Kibbo Ghetto Climate Change Foundation, Roofings Uganda, Kyambogo University Engineering Society, Eco Podcast Uganda, and United Nations Association Uganda came together to inspire climate action among university students.

From an energizing marathon to team-building games like tug of war and soccer , and meaningful tree planting , the day was a powerful blend of awareness, action, and community engagement.

Environmental Protection Week – Makindye Municipality, Wakiso District

During Environmental Protection Week, Kibbo Ghetto Climate Change Foundation, together with ghetto children, carried out a community service activity in Makindye Municipality.

We removed polythene and plastic waste from blocked drainage channels and sensitized community members on climate action and environmental protection.

Together, we can build cleaner and more sustainable communities. ♻️🌱
