GCA is a non-profit social enterprise, legally registered with the government of Uganda and working in partnership with other organizations in East Africa with the mission of building the pillars of Africa through creating spaces for raising servant leaders, and empowerment of its entrepreneurs and human resource niche with the skills they need to succeed in bringing about positive community tran

sformation. This we are accomplishing through creating platforms for leadership skills training, business skills training and mentorship, capacity building training and basic professional life skills training; promoting the ideals of transparent leadership, creating a robust niche of successful entrepreneurs in Africa, enhancing excellent performance at workplaces, and overall increase in productivity.
