Would you consider giving a Christmas meal to a family in need this Giving Tuesday? Each $50 donation will provide a nutritious meal to a family in Uganda this Christmas season, including a chicken, a bunch of matooke (common starch in Uganda), rice, flour, sugar, cooking oil, soap, and a package of drinks. So far we have raised $850, enough to feed 17 families this Christmas! Please consider joining us in providing meals for the remaining families and helping us reach our goal of $5,000. This Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re celebrating progress—and inviting you to keep it going!

In Uganda, 64% of girls miss school regularly due to lack of menstrual hygiene products and 28% of these girls end up dropping out of school altogether. But Serve for Hope is stepping in to reduce these statistics through our Pads for Hope program. Through this program we provide menstrual hygiene education and reusable/washable pads to girls in need. Since this program kicked off in 2018, we have been able to reach more than 2,000 girls!

🎉 With just a $20 monthly donation, you can provide 12 girls with reusable pads and menstrual hygiene education for an entire year.
🎯 Our goal: We are looking for 50 partners to commit to giving $20 per month so that we can reach 600 girls this school year.

Thanks to your support, we’ve already distributed pads, offered life-changing menstrual hygiene education, and watched girls gain confidence to stay in school and dream bigger!
