This guild is for anyone looking for meaning in life through the use of natural resources as a means towards creating sustainable businesses and communities throughout Africa. Founded in Uganda, the Pearl, by Roofings Group as their primary form of social responsibility the Guild is an all inclusive club for young and old alike to discover the endless worlds of sustainable ethics, design, techniques, and technologies which are the crux of human survival in this current age of adjusting to ecological catastrophe. The new era of investment is Earth Repair and Sustainable Design, we train all our members into skills which enable them to take hold of their own lives and move ethically forwards with what they have on hand. Our home base will be the first ever, (Currently under construction, Cultural Center of Sustainability, a world class community center fully funded by the Roofings Group to provide Uganda and the EA community with a social hub for promoting all the wonderful aspects the topic of Sustainability has to offer. This center is located in the middle of a micro-example farm which displays many hundreds of hands on practical uses of sustainable tools, mental and physical. With modern high speed streaming video and recording capacity, directed by our lead coordinator and co-founder Aaron Elton with a background in cinematography, this venue will double as a 'TED x like' venue for local professionals to broadcast themselves and their insights online, giving Uganda and Africa in general a much needed voice in the global media storm. We will also be host to streaming classes with professionals from all over the world able to teach from their countries directly to our audiences in our Culture Center. Hands on workshops, seminars, arts festivals, and continuous dynamic certificate course programing will fill our venues space and time providing public and member alike with an array of inspirational experiences. We look forward to providing all of our guild members with lifetime support in advanced practical education and mentor-ship as they move towards fulfilling their life's goals through ethical farming and business practices that provide timely sanity and wealth and protect their countries resources for the enjoyment of future generations to come.
